WHO CAN PARTICIPATE TO THE SEMINAR
The Seminar will be opened to whoever, internal Students or not internal Students, men and women, no matter which level (so don't feel frustrated from technical doubts).


TOPICS
The arguments which will be discussed are the fundamentals:
- correct posture
- correct way to perform movements
- relaxation
- how to use your body-Energy
- basic of Self-Defense
- other arguments will be decided at the moment according to the level of the single persons

The program will be published soon on our website.

The prices for external people  (not internal Students, not people recommended by my Students):
- 1400 CZK if they pay by 31.01.15
- 1600 CZK if they pay by 28.02.15
- 2000 CZK if they pay after 28.02.15

The price includes: rent of the room, instructor, drinks.

In case of interest, any teacher of other schools can contact us.
